Shepherd Motors LTD

Have had all my services and repairs done here over the last three years and have always been very satisfied.

I cannot praise Shepherd Motors enough and would not consider any other garage.

A superb family run local garage. The quality of service can only be described as second to none.

As usual, excellent service and work. Would always recommend to anyone.

First class service, can also phone just to ask advice and they are always helpful. A traditional family run business which is run fairly, also as a female customer they help rather than rip us off.

I found the garage to be extremely helpful and reasonably priced. It was recommended by work colleagues.

Very professional and extremely helpful.

The first time of using this garage. All staff are very polite and very helpful. A great family run business.

All Ok.

Excellent service.

I have used Shepherd Motors for six years and have very satisfactory service at all times.

Very impressed with attitude of staff and standard of work.

The best in Chelmsford. 18./02/08

Everyone from the office use this garage, as you never feel ripped off. Excellent standard of work, well priced and confident that work is never done unnecessarily.

A well run business and not over the top prices.

"Excellent service","trustworthy and very thorough" and "extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cars".

Trustworthy, corners out necessary work. Advice given when work should be required on vehicle rather then persuasion to do early to gain money!! Helps to spread the cost.

Friendly local family business.

Always helpful, knowledgeable & will try to accomodate time and days to suit customer. Friendly, a great family business.

Always offer good service and have recommended them to lots of friends.
