Information You Provide

We may collect information you submit, including your name, email address, account details, business details, review content, photos, claim requests and contact messages.

Information Collected Automatically

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, cookies, session identifiers, approximate location, pages visited and actions taken on the website.

Signing in with Google or Apple

If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive a provider account identifier, your email address and its confirmation status, and your name where you choose to share it. We use this information to create or connect your Remap Review account and authenticate your sign-in. Apple may provide a private relay address when you choose Hide My Email. We do not receive your Google or Apple password, and this sign-in does not request access to your mail, contacts, files or other account content.

We retain your connected account identifier and profile details while your account remains active. An Apple refresh token is stored encrypted so that we can disconnect Apple when you delete your account. Short-lived security cookies protect the sign-in process. Google and Apple handle their own authentication pages under their respective privacy policies.

How We Use Information

We use information to run the website, manage accounts, publish and moderate listings and reviews, respond to enquiries, detect abuse, improve search results, protect users and businesses, and comply with legal obligations.

External Review Sources

Where reviews or ratings are imported or linked from external sources such as Google or Trustpilot, we aim to clearly identify the source. External platforms remain responsible for their own privacy practices.

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, security, analytics and website functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Sharing
