Been using Shepherd Motors for years and won't go anywhere else. Always very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and whether it's a run of the mill service, MOT or an emergency, they get my car seen and sorted as soon as possible. A garage who I can trust won't muck me around or upsell me.
Our first service and MOT with Shepherds and we found them excellent from booking all the way through to collecting the vehicle. All the staff were very polite and friendly, they explained everything really well without making us feel stupid, and we were kept informed every step of the way.
