Shepherd Motors LTD

I have been using Shepherds garage for the past 20 years plus, and am extremely grateful to them for keeping my aging cars in first class running order throughout the period. Roger Edwards

Been using Shepherd Motors for years and won't go anywhere else. Always very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and whether it's a run of the mill service, MOT or an emergency, they get my car seen and sorted as soon as possible. A garage who I can trust won't muck me around or upsell me.

Our first service and MOT with Shepherds and we found them excellent from booking all the way through to collecting the vehicle. All the staff were very polite and friendly, they explained everything really well without making us feel stupid, and we were kept informed every step of the way.

I took my car in to have the timing belt and a number of other jobs done all the staff at Shepherds were fantastic and done a wonderful job thank you very, very much

Always excellent customer service, and top quality work carried out. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic wouldn’t go anywhere else

Always helpful, willing to answer questions and explain reasons for doing things. Only slight thing once was when my bill was much higher than anticipated and I hadn’t been called in advance to agree on works or have a warning for a higher bill! I was a bit shocked .

You were very helpful with getting my granddaughter's care serviced and MOT'd. it is always difficult to find a garage you can trust and is helpful and looks to do everything in a cost effective way but I believe that sums up your service !! Thank you.

Lovely family run garage, always helpful and honest

Brilliant Garage. Professional staff. So helpful. Value for money

VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT WORK

Very professional. I had asked for some extra work to be done, but when they looked at the item it was in good condition. So they advised work wasn't necessary. They did find a couple of other things that will need seeing to in the not too distant future . So great communication and advice.

Excellent service at a good price

Very helpful and friendly staff. Felt like a valued customer. Recommended a solution to a problem that Fords hadn't suggested. Very pleased and will continue to use them.

Excellent service always at this garage, their advice and prices are transparent. Always a pleasure to deal with

Excellent servise throughout the company

Always excellent service at Shepherd Motors

Good, helpful local garage that you can depend on. They will look after our three family cars in future as far as l am concerned. Parking could be better but that is a minor gripe in the overall experience.

I can't praise this garage enough. They dont try and rip you off. They are really friendly and try to help by fitting you in as much as they can.

I’ve been a customer of Shepherds Motors for years and really like their service. Not the cheapest but prices are fair, and the quality of the service makes up for it.
