Brilliant customer service as always
Always good customer service, communication and work.
As usual I received excellent service and attention and the car always feels good after any work carried out. Would not consider going elsewhere and would recommend the Garage to anyone wanting honest and reliable servicing to their vehicle.
Brilliant service I have used Shepherds Motors for years. Good honest service that you can trust
We have used Shepherds for quite a few years. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They are excellent value for money, carry out excellent work. We use them for our personal vehicle and my company van. We recommend them always.
Very helpful and friendly garage. This is the first time I have used a garage, previously I had my cars done by a mobile mechanic so this is a whole new experience. I had a breakdown last year and the AA recommended this garage who did the repair I needed. First class Shepherd Motors!!
Always pleasant and very helpful. Work on the car was completed very well and the car was returned in a clean and tidy state - will always use them.
Excellent service, very thorough.
Great service. At pick up time everything was explained in detail and in plain English so I was under no illusion of what was needed.
Always a pleasure to have my car serviced, MOT'd. Can do attitude. Friendliness, quality or work, prices, all high standard.
Excellent customer service from drop off to collection!!!
The staff are very helpful and always try to fit you in on the time you want. I have had no trouble with repairs.
Used many times over lots of years of great service.

A garage that gives a first class service. People you can trust to do a good job.
Excellent service (as always), very helpful, everything addressed.
Used them for over fifteen years, always fantastic, I never go anywhere else.
I have been a customer of this garage for over 10 years and have always found them polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble how ever small. Their work is excellent.
Have been using Shepherd Motors for a few years now and wish I knew of them long before. The attitude and pleasant, friendly attitude of ALL staff makes it a pleasure to visit the garage. I am also always comfortable with any work carried out and advice given together with the fair prices.
