Shepherd Motors LTD

Usual top service. Probably the best garage in Chelmsford - although I wouldn't know as I use no one else.

An excellent all round service. I would definitely use this garage again. Mechanic was kind enough to explain in detail what had been done.

I have been using Shepherd Motors for over ten years and have always been pleased with the standard of work. Would highly recommend.

A quick car clean would be wonderful! Apart from that, the whole experience left the larger franchised garages in the shade. Thank you.

Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable.

Friendly, professional, high standard and value for money.

Excellent service.

I have been using their garage for two vehicles for some years now and never any complaint.

Extremely helpful and reliable.

A fantastic bunch of guys with impecable knowledge of cars. A top garage indeed.

They are always so helpful, especially in emergency breakdowns as I have had. Thank you.

They would really benefit from a heater or a coffee machine in the waiting area now that the cold weather is here.

A very good family workshop, offering a reliable service.

There are four of us in the family and we will only go to Shepherds!! Honest, friendly and willing to give advice and plus will not fix what ain't broken!!

Always good value.

Used before.

This garage is a little gem, very reliable, very efficient, very honest, very good value for money. They are a credit to the motor industry.

Thank you! Had no end of trouble with main dealers, glad to receive friendly service with honesty. I have signed the petition to keep local garages.

Excellent work at excellent prices.

Came highly recommend and I will do the same. Staff are very friendly.
