They notify us when MOT is due, which we think is a good extra service. The whole staff are all very polite, and helpful at all times.
I have used Shepherd's garage for years now. Both the service given and the staff are always excellent.
Friendly staff who give confidence.
Our first service with Shepherd Motors and we are delighted with the result.
Condition of premises worried me, but service (as far as I can tell) and the quality of work was good, I will return. I was fully aware of costs before work done and trouble taken to cost out.
Always good.
Very helpful always. Good reputation. They always fit you in when not booked as soon as they can so you can keep mobile.
Staff very helpful and courteous, and work carried out to a high standard. I would not take my car anywhere else.
I have referred my 80 year old grandfather to Shepherd's as I am 100% confident they will look after him.
