Very pleased with the quality of work done.
The charges are really excellent for the work they do.
Minor items e.g. wiper blades, bulbs replaced without inconvenience to MOT equals considerate service to customer.
Very helpful, courteous and with a smile. Have passed on recommendations.
I've been using this garage for about 4 years, and I've never had any problems with either the servicing or MOT work.
Always an excellent and personal service level.
Shepherd Motors came highly recommended and I fully agree with this. All staff were very helpful and understanding.
Excellent service, we trust this garage 100% and will continue to use them.
They have good customer service manners from the office people to the mechanics.
I bring my car from Milton Keynes because I cannot fault the service I get. When my father's car needs a service, we will also travel from Milton Keynes, a round trip of 180 miles.
Excellent service and great value for money. Better than main dealer. Would recommend.

I have been using this garage for some years now, and I can recall only one occasion when I had a problem - and that was quickly rectified.
