Experienced, helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Always a please to take my business to them. Thank you.
Pleased that I have found a general all round good garage.
I make a point of scheduling trips to S.E. England to coincide with the service intervals of my vehicles, so that I can take advantage of Shepherd's friendly and competent professionalism.
I have been sending my vehicles for service, MOT and repair the Shepherd Motors for over 15 years, and would be happy to recommend them.
I have been happy with Shepherd's service for MOT, service, repair and general maintenance sine the mid 1990's. I shall continue to use them when I visit the Southeast. Other garages are more convenient and closer, but none of my vehicles looked after by Shepherd's has ever let me down.
I have used this garage three times and have found them very helpful on all three occasions.
Fantastic team of staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Very competitive prices. Well done Shephard Motors.
Have used for several years for both our cars. First class service, and very reasonable charges.
Explained everything very well so I could understand.
Very helpful staff and welcoming environment.
I always use Shepherds Motors. Honest staff who know what they are doing and keep the customs updated on the work being done and if there is any extra work that needs to be carried out. Highly recommended.

I have used this garage for a few years now and always receive a personal, helpful service. Standard of work is excellent and they are always willing to explain and offer alternatives when possible.
High standard of workmanship, good value for money. Excellent garage all round! Nothing is a problem that can't be solved.
Staff are helpful and pleasant. Work carried out satisfactorily. I work in the next road, so it was very handy to leave vehicle and collect.
Always good at their job and very polite. Have used them many times before for my fleet of cars and cans.
As always excellent work. Very cheerful and helpful staff.
