Good service and excellent work.
No fuss or bother, pre-book, deliver for time slot - pay on completion. I have total trust in performance - reporting or engineers. Job well done!!!
Not only was work efficiently carried out but £100 cheaper that quoted price. (£150 less that main dealer)
Excellent local family run garage.
Excellent service, professional and friendly.
Usual excellent service. Contact throughout the day on my MOT and service. No hidden charges and another top job. Have never let me down over several years and many a car. Highly recommended.
Great family run garage. Very reliable on price, always helpful.
Very reliable, honest staff.
We use Shepherds for servicing etc. - they are always helpful and we do not feel overcharged. Today my car lost power on A127 and managed to get to garage. Within five minutes a mechanic had checked it out and taken it for a run. Was very informative and reassuring; told me to bring it back if happens again. Spot on.
Family run business, trustworthy and super efficient.
They are the best, always busy, always friendly, explain everything in simple terms.
This garage is local to me and have used them before. when I had an emergency blow out. Want to use local rather than main dealers very pleased
2nd visit. Very professional and excellent service. Will use again and again.
Having previously used Shepherd Motors for other vehicles we were not disappointed with the service of this new vehicle, at a price that was almost 50% lower than the main franchise dealer.
Excellent always use.
First time customer for service (fail) and MOT and was very pleased with the efficient and friendly treatment from Shepherd's. A relief to find a garage near and reliable.
They ring if anything crops up that you were not expecting, to check if you want it done. Have been very helpful in the past. Very Polite!
Excellent garage 1st class service
This garage is brilliant - I am a single woman and have been exploited in the past - here I know I can trust them 100%. They are caring and kind. Always help in an emergency too.
