Excellent service from Souterhead garage today, even though they were busy they checked over my car and reassured me before a long drive. I will use them again in future! Thanks

I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, apart from how to drive one. Some garages in the past have seen me as an easy target and in my opinion I have been over charged and or been told that certain parts are required. However, when on a second opinion (Souterhead's) this has not been the case, saving me a lot of money. This is now my third year of using this family business. They keep me updated of repairs required and I trust them completely about the work that is required to be done. Again a high standard of work and service given. See you next year!
Before I went to Souterhead Garage, I spent money and time at four other garages which could not help me. My friend recommended this place to me but I was sceptical. Yet my first impression was very positive. I was well informed on what work would be done and how much it would cost me. What was the most important thing was that they found out what had happened to my car almost straight away (compared with the other four places). I will definitely use this place again and I will recommend them to my friends.
My car was in for an MOT. Able to book in at relatively short notice (2 working days). Work completed earlier than anticipated. There were no attempts to repair non existent repairs. I was advised of minor problems and when I asked for these to be fixed there was absolutely no problem, work completed in the same day. At last, a garage that I feel confident in using, knowing that I won't be ripped off. Will be my regular garage from now on and have been recommending it to friends and family. Thanks again.
I had my exhaust repaired at less than half the price quoted by the main dealer. Quick and efficient service at such short notice. Nice to know that there is one garage, who doesn't try to rip off women drivers(who know nothing about cars) with unnecessary charges. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and will be using them again. Thank you.
I was very happy with the level of customer service.
