Souterhead Garage Ltd

Excellent service from Souterhead garage today, even though they were busy they checked over my car and reassured me before a long drive. I will use them again in future! Thanks

I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, apart from how to drive one. Some garages in the past have seen me as an easy target and in my opinion I have been over charged and or been told that certain parts are required. However, when on a second opinion (Souterhead's) this has not been the case, saving me a lot of money. This is now my third year of using this family business. They keep me updated of repairs required and I trust them completely about the work that is required to be done. Again a high standard of work and service given. See you next year!

Before I went to Souterhead Garage, I spent money and time at four other garages which could not help me. My friend recommended this place to me but I was sceptical. Yet my first impression was very positive. I was well informed on what work would be done and how much it would cost me. What was the most important thing was that they found out what had happened to my car almost straight away (compared with the other four places). I will definitely use this place again and I will recommend them to my friends.
