The DSG gearbox on my 2.0 litre Skoda Yeti was failing. Mister Gearbox gave me a very fair quote to repair and service the gearbox. The vehicle was left with them for one week with excellent results and warranty. I was taken too and from the railway station, it was well worth travelling over 100 miles for their service.

Finally forced to get my jeep (Mercedes 3.0Diesel) looked at as the auto box was playing up. Limped early morning to Mr Gearbox. They rang me back about an hour later to explain what was most likely wrong … based on the computer codes. Price agreed & by lunchtime the job was done! Clean tidy! Old parts shown & everything hunky dory. Only one sort of slight drawback - they aren’t far from Meadowhall so that’s where I wandered At least with Mr Gearbox I knew the price & the service was excellent Meadowhall is a different story!
