Engine Centre

Paid £1620 for a new Gearbox and clutch The Gearbox broke after only 4 months Im still waiting for my car to be picked up and fixed under the warranty Been promised for the past 3 that it will be picked up Im still waiting!!

Mini Clubman SD 2016: Gave my car to engine centre because of engine failure, didn’t know this company at all, just took a chance because they sounded genuine, and got it delivered back today and I must say I was hesitant to get it back but it’s an absolute gem ! They’ve sorted it,, I’ve done around 50miles since being delivered and it’s perfect. Can’t be happier!! Alan.

We did a lot of research before deciding where we would get our gear box replaced 5 places looked at , reviews checked ,as paying out for a vehicle that we travel constantly abroad , means we need to feel safe and secure in the knowledge that a proper job has been done !!👍 We phoned Pete who was both helpful and knowledgeable Drove van over to him and after inspection he said the price he had proposed over the phone stood ( Good price within the scope of the job and other quotes) They did the job within 2 days and we received our van back with the 12 month /20,000 mile, warranty ( which we had also scrutinised) We noticed a sensor wasn’t working ( just needed a diagnostic tweak) after we had the van for a day , took it back and they immediately sorted it, no hassle, such helpful and polite staff throughout (But then we always approach with a positive attitude) We would highly recommend Pete and Ashley as well as the rest of the “boys” I will defo suggest putting them on top of your list of places who are trustworthy. Going to suggest to people I know with fleet vans that they check them out Thank you for putting us back on the road so quickly
