I thought I’d give ITCC a call after watching his YouTube video on the Mercedes 500E, they currently have in their workshop, undergoing recommissioning work. I wanted to book my 500E in for the fuel system to be checked out, as the car was hesitating when being driven. The workshop manager told me that they didn’t want another 500E to work on, as the one in the video was being very problematic. However, I was told that he’d ask the mechanics and get back to me. Still waiting for the call… It must be good when you can turn down business.
