Bridgend Remaps

They came to the house in Brackla and remapped the Golf on the drive. No trip to a workshop, and it pulls much harder on the run out to the M4.

Booked a mobile visit in Porthcawl so I did not have to leave the car anywhere. The Tiguan is far more willing up the hill out of town, and they were gone before lunch.

They came up to Maesteg with a hub dyno and did the Transit on the yard. Seeing the figures, then feeling it hold a gear on the valley roads with a load in, was exactly what I wanted.

Mobile remap outside the unit in Pencoed. The Octavia has more pull for the drive over to Bridgend and still behaves in traffic. Easy from start to finish.

Came to the house in Pyle for the Focus. Straightforward, on time, and the car is quicker in the gears I use on the way to work. Handy not trailing it anywhere.

They set up on the drive in Laleston and remapped the Kuga while I was working from home. Extra torque for the school run and the bypass, and no fuss at all.

Had the Berlingo done at the yard in Ewenny. It holds a gear better with a full load and I did not have to take it across town. Exactly what we needed for work.

Had the Ranger done at the yard in Aberkenfig. They brought a mobile rolling road, showed me the before and after, and it now tows up towards Maesteg without labouring.

A home visit in Broadlands suited me because I only have the one car. The Astra is livelier away from the lights and still fine around town. Lovely people.

They came to North Cornelly and did the Discovery Sport on the drive. More low-down pull, easier on the A48, and I was not without the car for the day.

Booked them to the house in Kenfig Hill. The 320d picks up much earlier and the run down to Bridgend feels easier. Clear about what the file would do before they started.

Mobile visit at the unit in Sarn. The Vivaro holds speed better with the tools in and I did not lose a morning taking it anywhere. Tidy job.

They remapped the Qashqai outside the house in Coity. Sharper when you need it, still calm the rest of the time, and they left the drive as they found it.

Came up to Tondu with a portable chassis dyno and ran the Hilux before writing the file. The gain shows on the sheet and, better still, when the trailer is on the back.

They set the rollers up on the drive in Nottage and showed me the Golf before and after. The road matches the sheet: sharper, stronger, and still easy for the school run.

Home remap in Bryntirion for the Leon. I stayed in, they did the work on the drive, and the mid-range is in another league on the way out towards the motorway.

They fitted me in at the house in Pencoed. The Passat is stronger between 40 and 70 and much more relaxed on a run to Cardiff. Would book the same way again.

Getting the van to a workshop from Ogmore Vale is a pain, so I had them come to me. The Crafter keeps its speed on the hills now and does not hunt for gears with a load in.

Mobile remap in the car park at work in Brackla. Done over the morning, and the Insignia has a lot more go for the drive home. Could not have been simpler.

They brought an on-car dyno to the yard in Maesteg and remapped the Amarok there. You can feel that extra pull as soon as the lane starts to climb. Proper job.
