I took a very poorly Ford Galaxy to Stuart and Ross. The bill was big but would have exorbitant elsewhere. We take all our cars to these guys and wouldn't trust anyone else. They are ten miles away from us and pass many garages to get to them. Need I say more
Have been using Japex for over 10 years now, very friendly and experienced team. Have used for various Jap cars (Evo's/GT4/etc) as well as my 4x4s (VW Toureg and Range Rover). Great service from a family run business, I wont take my cars anywhere else.
Earlier this year Japex fully serviced - with some repair work - my two (elderly) cars and they have both since been running impeccably. MOTs passed with no problems. Service efficient, prices reasonable. So far so very good.
I recently used Japex for the first time and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. The are a friendly family run business who are clearly experts in what they do, they know their stuff, charge very reasonably and are transparent about the work required. You will get treated fairly and with respect, and they go the extra mile to look after their customers. Finding a good and trusted garage is rare and I'll happily to travel from St Albans to Kings Langley to use their services ongoing. I have already recommended them to others.
I've been using Japex since 2011 and have not used any other garage since. Friendly family business run by honest people who always do all they can for you. They're not local to me (27 miles away), but I'd rather travel to them than chance my car being with another garage. Highly recommended!
