I had excellent service, everything was explained to me they even took photos of the problem, so I could take to the garage that supposedly repaired the car before, I will definitely be using Collinsons again.

Booked in for MoT and minor repair. The rear number plate had become detached due to the adhesive pads having dried out (presumably the really hot weather ?). Collisons re-fixed it with proper number plate screws. The car failed the MoT on a minor issue, which they corrected at a very reasonable price. They even jet-washed the car afterwards.
We have been coming here for 30 odd years-and for good reason! Fantastic service as always. I took my Kuga in as I thought the brakes needed doing-they did-but the pothole damage to my suspension was dangerous and I’m so grateful that they told me. Apparently ‘Pothole Cover’ is a thing on insurance now, and I seem to have it, so it won’t be too painful! They kept me informed throughout and everything was sorted really quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
Booked my car in for its first MoT. Did it online, for which they discount the price. Car was ready well before their estimated time of completion. Staff are always polite and helpful. I use them for both my car and my wife's.
Always receive a friendly and polite service. They go the extra mile to help and make sure you are completely satisfied. First class service.
Booked in for an MoT, which the car passed. However there was a broken exhaust mounting (not directly relevant to the MoT), which they advised me about, and asked if I would like it fixed. Although they didn't quote a price, I have used them on many occasions, and trust them to deal fairly. Not only that, it's cured an annoying rattle that we had been unable to trace ourselves. Staff are always polite and friendly, which goes a long way.
Very professional and friendly service from all staff that I met. Very pleased all round. Thank you.
I have used this garage for many years and they have always provided a prompt and courteous service and will always do what they can to help.
Very friendly and pleasant staff with comfortable waiting area
This is my local garage, and I consider myself to be lucky in that respect. I've used them for servicing, MoTs and car hire over the years, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Any costs or work are always clearly explained, and carried out satisfactorily.
Thank you so much for fixing our Zafira when it broke down, the friendliest garage we've ever been to and all the staff are all lovely and very helpful. Very professional, even got a lovely hire car while the work was being carried out. I can't believe this is a garage, you could eat your dinner off the floor :) Thanks all.
