This place is a must for performance parts, especially for JLR products. The in-house development is superb, and their own branded products are second to none; extremely high, OEM better quality.
What a fantastic company to deal with. I can't praise their dealer service highly enough. Nothing has been to much trouble. Got a pre sales question - fine they give you an answer immediately. Got an issue - not a problem, it gets solved without any faffing around. Need business advice - done. Post sales questions - easy for them. Dealer training - excellent, check out their youtube or live webinars. Technical query - answered in the phone. File service - less than an hour..... on a Sunday morning!! I've had the good fortune to deal with Ian, Nik and the technical training guy (sorry I can't remember his name). All of them excellent! Pre-sales and sales are not pushy, they ask relevant questions and listen when you reply. A real breath of fresh air. They make it very easy to form a long term partnership with. What a great company. Paul and Linda should be proud! I think I made the right choice when deciding to use them as my future partner.
Excellent day , very informative and has given me the confidence to take on more complex work . Great day
Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't trust many people to work on my cars, but I do trust them.
*"I would like to highly commend the entire Viezu team for their exceptional professionalism, quick response times, and outstanding communication throughout the entire remapping process. From the very beginning to the end, their customer support and technical guidance were flawless. However, what I want to highlight the most is the phenomenal quality of their tuning files (maps). After the remap, the car runs significantly better. The engine is noticeably quieter, much more elastic, and delivers smooth, linear acceleration without any hesitation. On top of all these improvements in driving dynamics, there is also a noticeable reduction in fuel consumption. For anyone considering an ECU remap or looking for high-quality tuning files, I can confidently recommend Viezu as a trusted and reliable choice. This is a top-tier team of experts delivering excellent results."*
Excellent service from Paramount. I had some work done elsewhere and the car was returned with a couple of little problems so I booked in here. The issues were quickly diagnosed and works completed. This is possibly the first time since I've owned the car it's felt / sounded like I think it was meant to. Thank you guys ever so much. Very happy F-Type owner.
What a great team. Talk to Luke about getting booked in. Highly professional and do an incredible job. The waiting area is comfortable with WiFi and drinks, so it is possible to work while you wait. Dyno for the V6 shared to show what is possible as fact with the right professional tuning. Work included Dyno, mapping, chip, air filter, supercharger lower pulley kit and the sensible option of front brake upgrade to EBC yellowstuff; got to stop if you're gonna go. Worth noting my mistake was filling up on E10 fuel as I had no option, therefore on E5 it will have more gains and probably improve the power delivery at 3500rpm.
Fantastic service from Tom, would highly recommend Viezu Technologies!
Been dealing with Thomas for an exhaust and pulley for my Jag F Type. Dealing with him from Australia has been great. Awesome technical support and products delivered quickly
Absolutely amazing service. Constant communication, kept me well informed of the progress every step of the way. Tom and the whole team at Viezu went far beyond my expectations. The upgrades to my car make it feel brand new, the gains in power are unreal, the sounds are phenomenal. If you're looking to upgrade your car, Viezu should definitely be the first place to start
Just spoke to lady on the phone, not helpful at all , don't bother buying tools from them
Outstanding customer service by the team - and what a difference to the car’s performance - well done and thank you!
Fantastic experience from start to finish, extremely professional and friendly ending with a perfect result
Great place for tuning your Jaguar
Top notch tuning expertise and products here!
Great experience! Thomas was very helpful. The process of ordering/receiving and tuning my F-type p450 RWD was easy and fun. The tune is absolutely amazing and I can't believe the power/performance that was unlocked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Viezu.
