This place is a must for performance parts, especially for JLR products. The in-house development is superb, and their own branded products are second to none; extremely high, OEM better quality.
What a fantastic company to deal with. I can't praise their dealer service highly enough. Nothing has been to much trouble. Got a pre sales question - fine they give you an answer immediately. Got an issue - not a problem, it gets solved without any faffing around. Need business advice - done. Post sales questions - easy for them. Dealer training - excellent, check out their youtube or live webinars. Technical query - answered in the phone. File service - less than an hour..... on a Sunday morning!! I've had the good fortune to deal with Ian, Nik and the technical training guy (sorry I can't remember his name). All of them excellent! Pre-sales and sales are not pushy, they ask relevant questions and listen when you reply. A real breath of fresh air. They make it very easy to form a long term partnership with. What a great company. Paul and Linda should be proud! I think I made the right choice when deciding to use them as my future partner.
