very confused on how this company has a 4.7, maybe it was my experience however the workers were very disrespectful and not professional , i arrived at 11:30 for my exhaust to be done , they cut the original exhaust off by 11:40 however didn’t touch the car until 2:30-3 oclock after to tell me that it won’t be possible to fit the exhaust i supplied, after wasting couple hours of my time of me just standing around where they could’ve tested to see if it’ll fit or not and had me gone by 12 and even after not doing any work or anything they still tried to charge me £80 where i wasn’t given full reason why it costs £80 when they didn’t do anything- they said it was for 3 hangers however the hangers were supplied by me so no materials were used from them. - reply to the response given ,it wasnt a s3 exhaust it was golf r, research claimed that it fit and when we came u said ok we can do that maybe 1 hr- 1.5 hrs, we were there for 3hrs for them to say they couldn’t and we couldn’t leave because they cut my exhaust off and left it on the floor the moment the got there and confirmed details, they fired my original exhaust back on with the hangers i proved and claimed to have used there hangers and wasted their time when my car was on the ramp for 3 hrs not getting touched, and the only reason the convocation between me and the worker got heated was due to his unprofessionalism and dishonesty, where he told me to shut up and swearing at me and wasted my whole afternoon, after being told bumper could be cut and fit the exhaust.
