Recently had my M2 competition serviced by Litchfield. They identified some points that needed addressing proactively and provided excellent service throughout. Riley was very good at providing detailed explanations and I will be using them for the remainder of my cars life. Excellent garage.

Have taken my GTR into litchfields on multiple occasions, the latest being for multiple noises that needed checking, and a few odds and ends. The guys diagnosed everything perfectly, ran me through all that it needed and recommended optional extras from worn and aged parts which would coincide with the work being done to save labour and further issues down the line, all of which i had done. i have had the car back a for few days now and its running like a dream, dead silent, no more noises, up on power (which i didnt realise it was down on, but the car is noticeably quicker and snappier post timing chain / turbo refurb), and the car feels so stable to drive now. They even threw in a valet, which came back even cleaner than my own personal valeter, and even fixed some small things like a pushed in headlight washer panel which i didnt even mention to them before hand, which was much appreciated. I wouldnt take it anywhere else. These guys are justifiably known as the leading GTR specialists in the UK. Cheers lads

The Company carries out servicing and upgrades such as engine rebuilding, full wheel alignment, body refurbishisment and more. Very skilled workforce. Iain Litchfield announced today (16/12/2025) that Litchfield have gained approval from Nissan as a Nissan Authorised Service & High Performance Centre (HPC). No mean feat and throughly deserved.

My experience with Litchfield Motors – disappointed I’m sure Litchfield Motors are excellent for what they’re known for, Japanese performance cars, but based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for Porsche GT models unless your car is fault free. My 2020 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 (manual), already running a Stage 2 Ninemeister tune, went in for a custom Stage 3 map. During dyno runs, they found what looked like knock or resonance pulling timing, so they stopped the tune, which I respected and was the right thing to do. What let them down was the lack of support afterwards. They made some suggestion of what could be causing the issue. I asked if they could help diagnose what could be causing it and was told they couldn’t. So I was left to fix it elsewhere. I called ES Motor explained the knocking and they immediately said, “It’s either a bad tune or spark plugs.” That’s exactly what it was, incorrectly gapped plugs. ES Motor identified it, corrected it, and completed a flawless custom tune. The GT4 now runs perfectly with zero timing pull. This isn’t a complaint. They have more positive reviews than negative. This is just an honest review of my personal experience. I’d recommend true Porsche specialists whose team truly understand Porsche DME tuning and diagnostics.

Too early to give five stars - had the ST suspension upgrade and wheel alignment. Didn’t really know what to expect. I had to call to find the place - what a surprise - just like the web pics which I hadn’t seen. Long wait but free WiFi, drinks and comfy seats and cooukd even see my car on the ramps. Drive home was fab - smoothed out the teeth chattering bumps and the ride/steering has changed massively for the better. Recommended Nov 2025 6 months later and I can confirm the suspension upgrade is fabulous - makes the car so much more enjoyable and easier to live with - fully recommend. I have now added 5 stars from 4
