Would not recommend, customer service is horrible Been ringing their service department for a set of throttle valves, they are getting back to me or waiting for the owner to get back to me every time I ring whilst my car is off the road (rang over 5 times in the last 2 months) My car is a Litchfield build R35, they would rather keep and use for a new build than sell to an existing build that can’t run without the replacement parts.The parts were sat on their shelf I have since bought parts elsewhere and sold the car

I brought my Nissan GTR in for upgrades, along with a service and alignment. The customer service was excellent throughout, and I was kept updated at every stage. What really sets Litchfield Motors apart from other GTR specialists is their aftercare. They genuinely go above and beyond. Things can occasionally go wrong, but the way Ian and the team handled and resolved everything was exceptional and gave me real confidence. You can get work done anywhere these days, but for me, it’s the aftercare that truly matters and they absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them. Also, a quick tip for anyone visiting: the entrance is directly off the main road. Waze may take you to the back of Litchfield, which is incorrect.
