Old car running like new again following TLC.

Repair works involved fixing faults that came to light during routine full service on 11 December 2013 (separate feedback), and this involved a degree of engine strip plus the location and procurement of suitable parts, not always easy with an older car. Full contact and consultation at all stages, and I was very impressed with the level of caring and the attention to detail. Final cost came out below budget, so that was one more thing to be pleased about.

Service revealed other faults, some which were potentially serious. These were fixed as a separate operation, involving location of the suitable parts (not always easy with an older car) and a great deal of very careful attention to detail. These works covered on a separate feedback.

All three of our family cars have been serviced, repaired and looked after by this garage. They have been really good in fitting us in at short notice, keeping us informed at all times and generally providing excellent service. We are sorry to be moving out of the area and hope to find another local garage just as good.

Simply the best!

The car broke down (water pump failed) on Friday afternoon, was towed to MOT City in Winnersh at 3pm, they were very busy but Richard was still able to call me after 6pm to explain the fault and give me a price. The car was repaired on Saturday morning (!) and I had collected it by lunchtime. These guys work very hard to keep their customers happy in all cases. Highly recommended.

I have used this garage for small repairs, services and MOT's in the past. The standard of service has always been good, but I wanted to share my latest experience. Having tried calling on the Bank Holiday to see if they were open to have a look at a minor issue on the car, I was faced with an answer phone at which point I thought I'd rather not leave a message (as generally i've found it rare to get a call back from companies). The following morning on the way to work when I received a phone call from M.O.T City asking if I had called them the day before and if they could help. The fact that I was called back without having left a message is a great reflection on the company's exceptional customer service. Such a small thing, but yet so appreciated. The car issue was also sorted that same day. Thanks.

The reception ladies are lovely - incredibly patient and helpful, however busy they are.

We have found the staff to be very helpful when dealing with all the family's cars. They always do their best to fit us in at short notice if needed. They do not do unnecessary work.
