Lovely people and personal service

Had a coolant leak on my Kuga. MOT City diagnosed and replaced the EGR valve & cooler same day. Final bill was £853 — very fair and far less than a dealer. Initial estimate was a bit high, but overall excellent, fast service. Would recommend.

Found all the staff polite and proficent, with good communication and helpful with explanation of work done, replaced a missing rubber bushing in the gear linkage that we didn't know was missing, and what a difference a nice taught gearshift now, the Clutch replacement a great job done.

I have been using MOT City for last few years. Always have been happy with the work they have done on my car. Always the right advice. From dropping the car for service\MOT to picking it up, communication had been always very clear. I will recommend this garage to others for sure.

Second time using MOT City, and both times because a closer garage could only give me a booking in a week's time. Dropped the car at lunchtime expecting the work to be done the next day. By 3pm the same day I had a call with a quote for the repair. And by 5pm the work was done. Super service!

I drive a Volvo and have been using MOT City since 2019 for Full Service, MOT and any other arising car repairs. They are a very good garage, I will continue to use them and happy to recommend them to other drivers.

A broken coil spring was replaced in one day despite the garage being fully booked, they squeezed me in knowing without the car i wouldn't be able to get to work.
