Mot City Garage Services Limited

This is an excellent garage. Friendly, highly competent. Judgement I am happy to trust.

Very helpful in dealing with minor repair. Fitted work in same day.

Such a brilliant service from all the staff. Always take the time to explain what work is needed and why. Efficient, courteous, helpful and professional at all times. I have used them for many years, as have my family.

I ended up at MOT City with the RAC late one evening. The work needed was clearly explained and carried out quickly and efficiently. I have found an excellent local garage and met kind and committed people who care about their customers. Thank you Sue and Sean for looking after me.

Rich was great.

Replaced a sensor at short notice. Great service at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service. Fitted my car in when they and I was busy.

Excellent customer service. Work to our car fully explained and options given not to have work done where appropriate.

Very efficient.

MOT City are always extremely helpful. I have sought their advice and received help at a moments notice. Highly recommend.

I use MOT City for work on all of our cars - they are always polite, they provide an up-front estimate (or re-estimate) before completing the work and they are very good at keeping me in touch with what needs to be done and when the car is ready for pick-up. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used this garage twice for a major repair and on both occasions I have received exemplary service. The communication was excellent and quality of work was equally as good. I have used many garages over many years and I can't think of many that I recommend as highly as Geoff and his team.

As a prestige Chauffeur Company it is essential that our vehicles are kept in immaculate condition. MOT City assist our company in maintaining that high level of excellence. We would recommend without hesitation.

I was travelling alone from Bristol to Horsham, West Sussex when my petrol fuel pump packed up and had to be replaced. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. Sean and his team pulled out all the stops and went more than the extra mile. They should receive an award. One very happy customer. Thank you.

I would like to praise the staff at MOT City for their time, effort and professionalism in trying to resolve an engine warning light problem on my KA. Throughout, all staff I came into contact with were very courteous and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks.

Not necessarily the cheapest, but the most helpful and reliable.

Always a superb service from a garage I can trust.

A friend told me about MOT City a couple of years ago and I have used them ever since. Excellent company whose advice I trust completely and they are extremely good value into the bargain.

They have kept up the high standard, which is why I continue to use them. Keep up the excellent work.

Very thorough and helpful. Thanks.
