Mot City Garage Services Limited

The garage underestimated the man hours, but kept to the quote. Kept me informed of progress. Reasonable price.

What great guys! Workshop not actually open (Easter) but agreed to have a look, identified problem, fixed short term and advised what full fix would be, inc. DIY option.

Very pleased with the service. Staff are very nice and helpful.

As always, courteous and professional. You talk direct to the technician at every stage of the work to be done.

Very professional. They provided a detailed description of the repairs carried out. When I checked the cost of parts on line they were consistent with that I was charged. Really excellent.

When I asked for availability for MOT of daughters car, they were able to tell me promptly and they also offered me an earlier appointment if anyone cancelled at short notice. They gave me regular updates of the progress.

Been using MOT City for years for servicing and MOT's. Always excellent service, polite and friendly staff and as a woman always felt respected.

Excellent service and did not take advantage of possible true need, but recommended not needed.

The staff are always friendly and polite and very helpful. Work is explained fully.

The staff are always professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. All work is carried out in a timely manner and all work and costs are discussed in detail before the work is carried out. My whole family use the garage. Thank you.

Brilliant team. Took it down about 11.45am so they could do it on Monday as they close at 12.30pm At 12.45pm I got a phone call to say it's ready to be picked up. Brilliant service. Good price too.

I've used this garage for years. Such lovely people and they have always fitted me in. Work is done quickly and good feedback. Thank you.

My whole family have been using this garage for many, many years. The staff are very pleasant, efficient and trustworthy.

Very prompt and efficient. Explained issues clearly.

Best garage I have ever visited. Amazing staff and brilliant quality of work.

My family has had good service from this garage for many years. The spotlessly clean workshops reflect its high standards. The staff are friendly and approachable, the organisation efficient and the work exacting. You will receive good advice and honest work at a competitive price here.

Best garage and service in my motoring experience since 1976. Outstanding people to deal with. Totally trust them for honest motoring care. Completely recommend.

A professional, friendly and honest garage. Many thanks again to Sean and the team of experts.

Cleanest garage ever been too. Really helpful as granddaughter has not driven this distance before. Told her how to check vehicle before long journeys as well as how often to have services. Really checked her vehicle for the problem she had.

MOT City carried out an annual service and MOT on my vehicle. Kept me fully informed of all works they felt necessary to carry out and also advised on what was not necessary, thus saving money. Staff all efficient and friendly and work carried out to a high standard.
