MOT City provide an excellent and helpful service. I have been waiting for my car in reception and have witnessed on more than one occasion, their willingness to help people who just turn up asking for work to be done straight away. I have never witnessed a refusal. They have the most cleanest premises I have ever seen and the mechanics are very clean. Have never seen a greasy or dirty overall.

On Saturday 17th of October my car was MOT'd by this garage and sadly failed due to a seat belt that did not retract correctly. At the time this was thought to need replacing until I later discovered that all it needed was to have the feed mechanism cleaned. I am pleased to report, that even though the garage had placed the order for the new part, I was given a full refund once the garage staff had inspected the belt. Shaun was especially helpful in getting the car booked back in the re-test. Whilst I would have preferred the car to pass first time, I felt that the garage and the staff were always 100% professional, honest and helpful. They are thoroughly deserving of the 'Good Garage' accreditation!

This year and last year my car had the same typical problems and I have been very impressed with the amount of explanation offered to ensure I understood my bill. Sadly I am moving out of the area and will have to find another garage who offers the same kind of service.
