Mot City Garage Services Limited

Very helpful and knowledgable. Talked sense about my car.

Just keep doing what you do - it works. :-)

This is the best garage that I have ever been to. They're good workers, who are down to earth and provide good customer contact.

Urgent repair needed. Done the same day. Fair price.

They pulled all the stops out to ensure the work was done on time to enable me to take an elderly lady to hospital. Well done.

Fantastic service, really pleased with professionalism and friendliness of all staff I came into contact with.

Sue was both professional and very friendly, and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

I wish that all garages were as good as yours!

Good, reliable service. We use them for all of our vehicles.

Excellent service as ever.

Have used this garage for a long time now, always a very good service.

Excellent customer service. I knew I needed the gear box serviced, front suspension, brake discs and pads replaced on my car from the last service at the main dealer specialists. Their quote was too expensive and I didn't trust them as when I picked the car up the mileage was over 40 miles higher then when I left it and the sports mode was left on. I left my car in for its 110k service to MOT City after finding them on this website. I have been extremely pleased. They knew what needed doing without me telling them. They called me before they started the work when they found out what needed doing, and gave me price options with main dealer or generic parts. They told me all the details I needed to be reassured. They also serviced the gearbox without trying to convince me that I need a new gearbox, like the 'specialist' garage did. The work was completed on time and to the estimate. I am very happy with the work and do a lot of my miles on the motorway around the country. The car feels great, solid and safe. I still have money in my pocket and my business with MOT City has been fantastic compared to some other mechanics I have used in the past. Let's face it, some are as bad as estate agents! MOT City is excellent and I trust them.

What a great garage, quick repair, very friendly and a great price. What more do you want? I will definitely use again.

Excellent service, sets the 'gold standard' and many others fail to reach it.

A fantastic garage, very helpful and super clean. It was my first time there and due to the fantastic staff, I will be going back again and again.

Very helpful, fixed my car in a quick time and I would definitely recommend.

Repaired our car at short notice. Very happy with service and customer interface. Very happy with quality of work. Thanks.

Very clean garage, waiting area and toilets. Very friendly staff.

My son has used this garage for a number of years and he is very happy. I have been twice and everything was done efficiently. The staff were pleasant and communicative.

Very professional.
