Very good same day service. Able to collect car by 3pm.

Outstandingly good service.

I am a regular customer with several vehicles to have serviced and repaired. I trust this garage to maintain my vehicles.

Great staff, great prices, honest and open when discussing your car.

Always use MOT City, wife's car this time no problems.

Friendly, efficient, first class service from all the staff I have dealt with.

I have been using MOT City for a few years since I found them on the Good Garage Scheme. I have a 15 year old XJ8 and they have done various work on it. All the work was very well priced, the turnaround of work was quick and recently they have been able to fit me in at very short notice as they knew I needed the car for a funeral. Excellent all round customer service, pricing and quality of work.

All round trusted garage, which keep you informed all the way. Very reliable and great communication.

I was hugely impressed with the service from the minute they picked up the phone one day, to the minute I collected my car the next. They were polite, kept in good contact throughout the work updating me before anything was done and also making recommendations without me feeling pressured to go ahead unless I was happy. They were quick, efficient, honest, polite and I feel they are a genuine business out to provide a great service and good work so they get repeat business and recommendations, rather than telling you that you need all sorts done to your car when you don't just to make money out of you. The price was brilliant too - £100 cheaper than the price quoted at one garage, and over £150 cheaper than another but I don't feel at all that this means the quality was less than I would have received somewhere else. I will definitely use MOT City again and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

My broken-down car was dealt with straight away, and I was given plenty of detail about the progress.

Good attention to detail, take great pride in their work and would not go anywhere else.

Always the same brilliant service, friendly, efficient and good value. Smartest garage I have ever used.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very helpful, work was carried out very quickly and will be using again. 22/012
