I bought a car work 7k from this garage. After I bought the car it already gave me problems with gearbox. He didn’t help at all. I asked him if he can look at it. He looked at it and he said he serviced the car without notifying me and refused to me the keys. Police got involved

Lowes could not have been any more helpful. I was stressed and upset about an MOT issue and not only did the staff at Lowes go out of their way to help, they even offered tea and sympathy. Would definitely recommend.
I can in no way recommend this dealer. Absolute cowboys whose 60point check is not honoured. Disappointed that a vehicle bought through a dealer (their own trade vehicle previously) cost upwards of £3000 SO FAR just to make it safe and road legal. BEWARE BUYERS!!
