Had a fault on my land rover and they sorted it out promptly
Cannot rate these guys highly enough, first time trying them as I've moved back to Doncaster, I won't go anywhere else now. 100% would recommend. Great communication, friendly staff, reasonable price, I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work guys
My experience today is the worst I have experienced since I started driving in 1969. They lied and misslead me. I have been a customer for years and have been shocked over their customer service. I in all honestly would advise this garage to be avoided unless you are prepared to be abused.
Always friendly and helpful thank you :)
Been using this garage for a while now, smashing service & great prices!
Fantastic service! Friendly and professional. First class. Well done to everyone at this garage.
Absolutely perfect. I had a power steering leak. I was not in rush but they took my car in next day. The fault was indentified within 20 minutes, full price quoted on the spot. Will go to Jock's with anything my Merc needs from now on! Highly Recommended!
Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Helpful and honest staff who don’t rip you off.
The lads in the garage always do a spot on job, and Georgia on reception is how someone in a customer facing role should be, very polite and very professional. Highly recommend this garage.
I first visited to enquire about their services Geargina made me feel completely at ease. After 3 MOT done by them they are so professional and courteous, they give you value for money and do NOT RIP YOU OFF. I can not fault these guys, because of Georgina, quality of the work I will 100% return
Massive shoutout to the guys n gals at Jock sergions. My car wasn’t booked in but engine warning light came on whilst on the way to pick my wife up dropping our personal car. The wonderful staff were able to clear the fault which allowed a young lad to pass his driving test this afternoon.
Amazing service, brilliant and welcoming staff. I will be back for future MOT and Service.
Very helpful and informative. I will be back & I will be recommending you guys! :)
