Lovely crowd explained everything , clean and professional reasonably priced,very efficient no surprise costs

The boys at Ivydene succeeded where two other garages had failed. The knowledge, expertise and tenacity they showed in getting to the bottom of a complex fault was admirable. I am pretty sure the bill did not account for the amount of hours they had actually put in to the job. Will be going back.

I searched the Internet for garages near to where I live for Audi servicing and was directed to this website where Ivydene came out on top by a long margin. A great bunch of caring staff and great service. Could not ask for more.

Our vehicle was serviced by the main dealer until its age made this uneconomic but we were wrong if we then expected a drop in garage service - Ivydene raised the standard. Even if it is something out of the ordinary, the customer care, updating by phone and explanation of work done is excellent.
