I discussed my concerns with Granville Motors under the warranty scheme and all issues were addressed that could be under warranty.
I was pleased the garage stuck to the estimated price although the cost of part required was higher.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I'm very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Recently this garage fixed a washer hose valve on my SAAB and insisted on not charging a penny!! For this reason I will continue to travel the forty miles it takes to have my car serviced by these people.Well done Granville Motors, you're a credit to the business.

I have used the garage for annual service, MOT and general problems for several years now and I have been completely satisfied with the standard of work and courteous treatment.

Mechanic takes time to explain reason for delay, so quite acceptable. Courtesy car meant no need to take leave from work.
It is not often something is done for nothing and with immediate assistance, they do. i.e. heating fixed.
