⭐☆☆☆☆ Returned my Audi with engine seals missing, causing oil leaks after I’d driven 80 miles. I gave them another chance, paid £571 to fix a whining fault, but they handed it back with the same fault. They then wasted a full day with my BMW and refused the agreed report. Avoid.

The atmosphere of professionalism and of competent people going about their work is strikingly apparent on entering Granville Auto Centre's premises and talking with the staff. They clearly know what they are talking about.
I always prefer to deal with a supplier that I feel I have complete trust in, both on price and quality of price, and Granville supplies both.

Went over and beyond getting a part for our other car - part had to come from abroad and the mechanic had to trawl the internet. Brilliant. Saved us a fortune.
