There was a slight snag after my MOT last year. the locking nut on the wheels had been misplaced but as soon as I discovered, this year they pulled out all the stops to rectify this. June/08

I was very impressed with the fact that they accepted my car for repair immediately. He explained me the problem and fixed it on the same day.
Due to illness my daughter collects the vehicle. I have yet to drive it. However I am confident the superb mechanics have eliminated a long standing set of problems. Wish I had gone to Granville sooner.

An excellent service provided yet again. The staff are always helpful no matter how small the problem. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to get your car fixed without any stress. Other businesses could learn from their customer service.

I was charged for screen wash top-up during service when it was filled up to the brim that morning at home. Only 69p so no great deal, but still shouldn't happen [same happened at other garages].
Everyone is helpful. I am just waiting to come back for a car wash when the weather is better or you could phone me if you think the weather is ok!
