Granville Auto Centre

Peace of mind guaranteed professional, honest service. Great.

Used garage for many years.

I'm very pleased with helpfulness of staff. Something you don't get elsewhere. The standard of work is excellent.

New tyres, now steers like a new car, albeit without power steering because of its age. Good job.

Great customer service as always. Thanks.

Excellent service and helpful attitude.

I have used this garage regularly for over 3 years. I have never been dissatisfied with their service. The staff are always kind and helpful and see you promptly, particularly if you have a problem. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Good communication. Good courtesy car.

From booking to receiving my car back - the whole process was well organised and communicated. Thank you.

Lisa (the receptionist) has excellent communication and customer service skills. First rate! :)

I've used this garage for many years now and have never had grounds for complaint.

Always very helpful and reliable. Go the extra mile. Great service.

Always a great service at Granville Motors. Craig and his team work so hard. I appreciate their promptness and attention to detail.

Impeccable service and a trustworthy service. I've been a few times and every time I have been very impressed. I travel from Preston to them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Although I turned up with no appointment with a damaged tyre and needing to pick my partner up from the airport ASAP, they dropped everything to help. Brilliant service!

Work was £10 cheaper than quoted, thanks!

Excellent service for past seven years.

Granville Motors deserve the highest praise possible for the so helpful manner they dealt with our car's problem. Scott and Craig in particular and also Coleen in Reception. They went the extra mile and more.

The garage is good for me, also because I can walk to the premises because they are close by.

Really impressed with the level of service of the garage - have recommended to friends and family, and will definitely use again.
