Continued excellent service!

This was the first time I used Granville's and chose them after reading feedback on the Good Garage site. I was pleased with being able to book a courtesy car which meant I did not need to take time off work and the opening times are convenient. Also I was offered the option of dropping my car off the night before and taking the courtesy car then which I declined but was happy at having that option available.The staff I had contact with were pleasant and helpful.One little gripe was when I was contacted to let me know what work was needed for the MOT I was only given a rough estimate of the price although in fairness I could have asked for the complete price. All in all a good experience and I will be taking my car back for a service in the near future.

I was very happy and impressed with service I received, the car was ready on time and I was given the information about the work carried out. The only slight markdown locking wheel nut not returned to tool kite left in side pocket.
