On retuning my car I was given two advisory notes; one about a tyre and the other wipers. I would have preferred the work to have been done at the first visit and been contacted for approval. I did have the extra work done the following day and accept as a new customer the garage did not make assumptions. A call would have been good though. Despite this excellent overall service especially as car collected from and returned to work.
