Pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the necessary work was completed.
The best garage I have ever come across full stop. Just great.
Excellent.
Whilst I was in for a service, I asked them to check my tyres. They swapped my back ones to the front, so I got a few thousand miles more out of them. This makes me trust the garage, which is a big deal being someone who knows nothing about cars.
Again another five star service with a smile. I will use again.
Reliable, professional and always a pleasure to deal with.
Just to thank all the staff.
Excellent customer service, and value for money.
I am very satisfied with everything about Granville Motors. A pleasant welcome, very good communication and excellent work. I needed a good garage when my regular man retired, I think I have found one to replace him.
It was a super courteous service, and the garage is as recommended as ever.
Fantastic service at this garage. They should ALL be like this.
Great customer service, as always.
Excellent service and they washed my car at no charge.
Very good family business.
So impressed with the service the staff give. In a panic to get the MOT done, they fitted us in immediately and rang within 2 hours to say the car was ready, excellent.
Thank you to Alex and staff, excellent service.
I have used this garage numerous times and found them very efficient, courteous, and never over priced.
They're very friendly and obliging.
Very prompt and efficient service. Thank you.
