Excellent garage! Normally would use a manufacturers garage for BMW MOT's, but why pay the high prices they charge, when I can get the same level of service at Granville Motors.
Used to live near garage and just kept coming back after 9 years. I must now find a new garage.
Walked into the reception area enquiring about an MOT for my van. I was asked when I wanted it doing to which I replied ASAP. Craig booked it in for the following day without any hesitation. The following day I was asked if I needed it doing quickly to which I replied yes as it is my works van. The garage rang me at 11am informing me it was ready. So from walking in to the reception area on the 18th (in the afternoon), just to enquire, to the van being ready for pick up it took less than 24 hours. An excellent service by all involved - I will definitely recommend your garage services to others. Thank you.

My car was picked up and brought back by the garages staff at no extra cost, which must be great for the disabled/elderly (I am neither). Prompt, efficient garage service with good staff manner etc.
