Favells Garage (Countesthorpe)

I have used this garage on numerous occasions for servicing, repairs and always found their work. Their customer care is very high standard.

Excellent service as always. Many thanks.

I now use garage regularly and have recommended it to others, due to prompt service, reliability and value for money.

Excellent customer service, it makes all the difference!!!

I have never had such good service in over 40 years of car ownership.

No complaints at all, I have been using them since I bought my car 19 years ago.

Always very helpful, friendly and approachable. They take time to explain what has been done and why.

Very helpfull.

I have full confidence in this garage.

I appreciated the advance warning that the work would be needed, and also the tyre check when a nail was found.

Most satisfactory.

Have used the garage for many years.

Good prompt service.

Have used the garage for 10 years plus.

Excellent service - as always!

The best garage in Leicestershire without a doubt.

Excellent service as always! From the booking in of a car to the feedback from my service, this is a fantastic garage!

Grateful for their help.

This is the first time that I have used a non-franchise garage and I have never been more impressed. The friendly nature of the staff both on the phone and face to face, the accuracy of the quoted price, the detail of mechanics report on the car and the overall confidence in the garage is nothing short of 100% . I will have no hesitation in recommending the garage to friends and family and in taking my car back for its next service/ot.

Local, efficient and polite.
