I've used this garage a few times in the past for my own car and now I'm taking my families cars to them. Always polite and knowledgeable staff who always do any job to a high standard. Highly recommended and thanks again

I told the garage that I didnt want a diagnostic check as I knew what the fault was. They then ran the test and charged me £50 extra to my MOT fee, claiming that they had to reset the light for the car to pass the test. 3 other garages have since told me that you wouldn't need to reset the light.

I was concerned that my warranty was not valid by having it don at a non-main dealer. They printed the Vauxhall service requirements and followed them to the letter, also using genuine Vauxhall parts, so there can be no potential dispute. I was very impressed with this and the general attitude of the garage principal.

Have previously tried to leave message on answerphone to book service/MOT and have found that this is not an efficient way to get your car booked in as the answer machine is not necessarily checked at timely intervals.

Main VW dealer had advised discs and pads worn and need replacing for £250. Spoke to Favells and I was quoted £175. Upon inspection Favells advised the discs and pads were less than 50% worn, so did not need doing. I appreciated their honesty. Well done!
