I have used this garage every since I moved to the village in 1971. I would not go elsewhere, they have always been very good to me.

thanks for your advice on the air conditioning/heater not being efficient. (Filter was blocked up.)

I don' want carpets, flowers, music, glamorous front desk people or endless computer screens. I want an approachable receptionist who recognises me. And I want technicians who are willing to explain what is wrong or even show me a component they have replaced with new, to demonstrate a failing. That's what I get at Favell's. I would be unlikely to go anywhere else.
