Favells Garage (Countesthorpe)

Staff very polite and helpful. They show you the parts that have been replaced. A trustworthy garage.

Always been polite, friendly and helpful. 100% trustworthy and they know you when you go back. Have been using them for 8 years.

Very fast service, extremely efficient.

All round great service. Go the extra mile every time.

I would be reluctant to go anywhere else.

Great service, could not be better.

Friendly and polite staff. Fitted us in at short notice. These people do not rip you off. You can trust them.

Thank you very much for a speedy and efficient job!

Really pleased with the service. Thought the staff were informative and extremely helpful.

Excellent service - as always.

I was kept informed throughout the whole procedure.

We have used Favells garage for about two years and have always been impressed with the service. We trust them and if there is a problem with the car they usually manage to fix it very quickly and efficiently. When we broke down recently it was good to be able to tell the AA where to tow the car to for repairs, knowing Favells would soon fix it.

I have used this garage for the past twenty years and still it gives first class service. Many thanks.

Small garage and personal service.

Excellent, informative, courteous service.

Service desk (Nick) was very informative and friendly. As only a small job, let me leave car that day and rang me when ready.

Friendly, professional and helpful service as always. Thanks.

Clear explanations and a break down of cost before work is carried out.

The service I got from Favells staff was fantastic. They were so helpful and friendly.

Always very friendly and helpful.
