As always Favells were very helpful throughout the repair. Ken made all the contacts necessary to enable part of the job to be completed under warranty and kept me informed at all times. I have used Favells since before they were open on this site and always will.
So prepared to explain things, hence so easy to communicate with. Thank you.
As always, a first class service from start to finish. I broke down en route to te garage and Nick was out within 5 minutes. Many thanks, a very satisfied customer.
The staff sre always polite and very helpful, could not get better service any where else, always top class.
The staff were very willing, friendly and helpful.
Very helpful suggestions about phasing MOT and next service and about tyre wear/use.
Good service.
Great service, friendly staff, good customer liaison, willingness to investigate fully before carrying out unnecessary work - reasonable charges - would use again without hesitation.
For the last 30 years I have used this garage. Always received excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone. The best in Leicestershire.
Having used for last few years, pleased with everything and everyone.
A friend told me out this garage and I have used it for years. I intend to always use this garage. I can trust what they say and I know they would never 'do' me.
The staff showed me the broken parts. They failed my car for MOT and didn't let me drive it due safety measures. As a woman, I liked the advice. There is no hard sell. Good service.
Good service for the past 12 years. Very good, thank you.
Helpful staff, very trustworthy.
It's nice to find a friendly, honest place that talks to you in a way you can understand.
Always excellent, appointments arranged quickly and conveniently.
Always very helpful and talk you through everything they've done - including showing you the olds fitters etc. The are genuinely interested in you, your car and the best for both. An excellent service with that little bit more.
Have always used this garage, staff always pleasant, helpful and willing to explain what is wrong.
As ever me garage can respect my wishes at all times, no job is too small, no job done without permission.
