Everything is always excellent with this garage. Most reliable with charges also.
Favells did it again! Once again, the guys have sorted the problem as soon as they could, kept me informed of the progress, provided me with transport to keep my business on the road and found me the best deals on parts to save me money. What more could you ask for?!
They are looked upon locally as a reliable garage.
I am pleased with the service from the staff and with the work carried out on the car. I did think that the price of the engine flush and of the fuel treatment was high. Apart from that, good service. Thank you to all at Favells Garage.
I was very pleased with the overall service and will definitely use you again.
Excellent local garage. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean and pleasant environment. I would recommend them to anyone. Good value for money.
Squeal has now disappeared, brakes are better than ever.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
This was the first time I had used this garage and I am going to use them from now on. The staff are really helpful, friendly and honest. I would definitely recommend them.
Good liaison by reception staff. Overall, they were very helpful, offering good advice.
Very nice people to do work with.
Very grateful for speed of service. Car required same day before noon following problem early morning. It was fixed within two hours.
Car was towed to this garage and left on the forecourt at 7am during the christmas holiday 28/12/10. I had not used the garage in 18 months. took keys to owner later that day. Car repaired no problem ready for collection 30/12/10 at 1400hrs. excellent.
After dealing with other garages this one stands head and shoulders above the rest in every way. I would not trust anywhere else with my car.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent as always.
Very helpful as always. They even gave me a lift home and collected me!
First class service as usual. Many thanks.
