Favells Garage (Countesthorpe)

Excellent service, as usual. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

As ever, efficient and reliable, always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

As usual, very helpful staff. They explain what has to be done to the vehicle and even show you the part that has been replaced.

Helpful, as always. They kept me informed of the progress, and the work was finished on time and to the estimate of costs.

1st class service as usual.

I find this garage and it's staff to be helpful, courteous and above all, trustworthy.

They delivered my car at the agreed costs and timescale, and managed their customer's expectations well.

Fantastic service!

I was so grateful for the helpful and efficient service. I needed my car on a Saturday - to go on holiday - and thanks to Favells I can now go.

Details of service were given afterwards, and explained. I have used this garage for a number of years, and trust them to do the work needed.

Excellent customer service and standard of work.

1st class service as usual.

A great garage. Kevin and Ken are top fellas, and very professional.

Excellent customer service, could not have been more helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Nice, helpful and good service.

Consistently high level of service and customer care.

As usual, great friendly service and knowledge.

Wonderful service as always. They treat my car as if it was their own child.

Excellent as usual.

Brilliant people, even though it did fail!
