Our Van has been at Doune Motors since 1st January 2026, when it broke down and had to be towed from Balloch, due to a faulty repair carried out by Doune Motors. We agreed a settlement price to avoid a dispute, but Campbell has failed to deliver and we are still waiting on payment, 6 months later.
Very helpful and knowledgeable
Superb little garage. Arrived with a faulty window without having had the chance ring in advance. Despite being busy, they still looked at it there and then, while I waited, and, after fixing the problem, didn’t charge. Brilliant service and I will most definitely be back.
The folks at Doune Motors could not have been more kind and helpful when my car developed problems during a journey. They fitted in the repairs the next day and got me back on the road v quickly. SO grateful - thank you!!!
Car brakes started juddering partway through a long journey home. Very lucky to be passing by Doune Motors and even luckier with their positive response. Parts ordered and brake problem sorted. We were on our way - safely - a few hours later. Thanks for excellent service.
Customer service always very good here but this time they went above & beyond. I was held up when I got visitors and couldn’t get in to collect my car after it’s service & MOT. However one of the lads stays in Callander and they arranged for him to drop it off after his work. 10/10 again👍

Found them to be very efficient and friendly. Carried out the work which also included MOT and Service as well as fitting new part. Just turn up and the work was done quickly and efficiently. A real credit to the local area and will continue to use in the future.
