Very impressed. Having found faulty tyre valves they bothered to text customers and replace any faulty ones F.O.C. Always willing and helpful.

Had an engine problem with the car which left me unsure if it would do further damage to drive to the garage and they arranged for one of the mechanics to come to my house on his way home to check the car was fit to drive. I was offered different options for resolving a major problem and also offered the loan of a courtesy car while I made a decision on the right course of action. 10/10 for customer care.

Before my long drive to France I realized I needed some minor work so just popped round to this local garage. Adam couldn't have been more helpful, fitting me in around other customers and going the extra mile to sort my radio before the 8-hours drive as well as the minor service. He also showed me some more areas for concern and so impressed was I with the service delivered I've booked in for a full service on my return! A***

I recently bought a car from David Martin garage. I had a slight problem after a short period. Adam was so helpful and reassuring and fixed the problem with no charge to me. He has always been very helpful . I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this garage as I found the after care service first class.

Staff very professional in their approach to work and customer relations. All work carried out in a very timely mainly to the very best of standards. Nothing is every too much trouble.

I purchased the vehicle at the end of October 2013 & after about a week (only driven twice) I noticed a very slight grating noise, but put it down to belt noise. A couple of weeks later I had to drive to Gatwick & as I entered the multi-storey I heard a clunk each time I had a hard lock on. I took it back to Dave's brilliant establishment where they noticed immediately that the front right spring had broken. They wouldn't let me drive home as it was rubbing up on the inside of the tyre & instead got his mum to bring me home. They brought the car back the next day & had also change the wheel bearing as a matter of course at no cost to me whatsoever. I was never pressured when looking for a new car & I can honestly say, hand on heart, that the service I have received thus far has been exemplary.

The garage had fitted a new wheel bearing on my car, which broke when I was London. The garage, in particular Adam, went out of his way to rectify the issue. The problem was not with the garage, but the manufacturer. The garage went out their way to get full compensation for costs that I incurred and kept me updated throughout, for which I will always be grateful and will use them again. I would fully recommend this garage, as they are family run, honest, reliable, professional and will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
